How to place an order for translation/ interpreting and how to hand it over?
Order acceptance:
An order is deemed to be accepted no sooner but after confirmation by TBW. Confirmation of terms’ acceptance by a client is required.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Cash upon receipt of translation (in person), advance payment through transfer to a bank account (money transfer conformation [pdf] sent by e-mail is sufficient to enable us to proceed with your order. FOR REGULAR CLIENTS: payment due date arrangement is possible.
How to receive your translation?
Certified translations shall be collected by clients in person, at our office.
Non-authenticated translation is sent be e-mail upon prior payment of due amount.
CAUTION:
In a case of authenticated translation, a document can be translated either based on the original presented or on a copy thereof. Clients shall remember, however, that a relevant translator’s note stating whether translation is produced based or the original or on a copy must be incorporated into the text of translation.
If a client prefers to send a document in the form of scan, he/she can do it but if he/she needs it to be translated from the original, he/she must present the original of a document to us upon receipt of the translation thereof.
